Session: Your AI Doesn’t Trust You Back: Why People Reject Smart Systems

Brilliant AI alone isn’t enough. If people don’t trust it, it fails. Dr. Cecilia Dones dives into the hidden human dynamics that sabotage AI adoption and shares actionable strategies for building systems people actually rely on. A must-attend for executives driving digital transformation.

Key Takeaways

  • Identify Trust Gaps: Learn how to recognize where AI and digital systems fail to gain human trust, and why adoption struggles often stem from human factors, not technology.
  • Bridge Human-Technology Alignment: Understand actionable strategies to align AI initiatives with human behavior and organizational dynamics for better adoption.
  • Mitigate High-Stakes Risks: Discover the hidden risks of implementing AI without considering trust, and how to prevent costly failures in digital transformation projects.
  • Drive Measurable Impact: Gain tools to design systems that are not only technically excellent but also relied upon by teams and stakeholders, translating into tangible business results.
  • Leadership in AI Adoption: Learn how executives and senior leaders can champion trust-centered AI strategies that foster organizational buy-in and long-term success.
