Bio
Celeste McNeill is a Human Resources Management Professional with a proven track record in promoting an engaged workforce. Her background includes high volume recruitment, infrastructure development & policy implementation, and she is extremely skilled in managing employee relations.Having previously worked with ImageX in 2015, Celeste rejoined the team as an independent consultant in January 2020, bringing extensive experience in advising small to mid-sized companies on Human Resource Management issues. Previously she held roles in a variety of industries such as mining & exploration, market research, health & wellness, and technology.
During her tenure at Vision Critical, it was recognized as one of Vancouver's fastest-growing technology companies and as a Top 100 Employer in Canada several times over. In 2010 Celeste received her Certified Human Resources Professional Designation (CHRP). When she’s not working Celeste can be found on the ski hill or somewhere in the forest with her husband and two children.
