Christine Sarros is the Senior Vice President of Oracle's Enterprise Engineering organization spearheading transformative change. Tasked with delivering cutting-edge IT services to over 170,000 global employees, Christine reshapes the technological landscape of the organization. Christine. As the steward of Employee Experience, she champions initiatives to enhance collaboration, optimize workflows and elevate satisfaction. Christine bridges the gap between technology and human interaction. At the core of her portfolio lies Engineering Solutions accelerating cloud adoption, empowering teams to easily leverage cloud technologies for agility and efficiency.

Christine has 25 years of experience as a leader for Fortune 500 technology companies and currently leads a team of 1500 global staff within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure organization. Her current programs include AI solutions for Enterprise Search and Support and companion assistants for secure Dev and Ops functions.

Christine is active member of the Oracle Women’s Leadership community whose mission is to develop, engage and empower current and future generations of women leaders.
