Cigdem has nearly 20 years of experience in the TelCo Industry. After several years innTelCo consulting she worked for Deutsche Telekom’s Strategy department focused on IP-Transformation and new fixed network solutions, afterwards enhanced her scope to „the opposite“ , to Mobile Network operations as a Tech Leader, responsible for the rollout of mobile network technology and wireless technology in south of Germany. She now is Head of B2B Technology Solutions at Telefonica Germany and founded a department for the implementation of business network solutions for customers. She leads a high performance, diverse team which started from the scratch. So she represents a kind of „startup in corporate“ and the mentality behind.
