Session: The Future is Female - Advancing as a Women in Tech Leadership
Once I had a dream as a little girl to become a Powerful Woman in Tech and I dreamt even bigger - a Woman in Tech Leadership before my 30s. Facing the reality of looking into the Tech Leaders in various companies you rarely find a woman in this position and even less a young one. During this session I want to take you on my journey going above and beyond, never giving up to prove that the next generation of successful Tech Leaders are female including tips about how to be confident and believe in yourself, what skills are required, how to get back to motivation if everyone tells you that you are not ready for this and how to play the political game. Failure is part of that journey but the most important is to rise again (not easy) which happened to me, too.
As a result, now I am 27 and I am the Director of a diverse Solution Engineering team in EMEA and you can achieve the same.
- Women are made for Tech Leadership Positions
- How to get the required Leadership skill at an early stage of your career
- Believe in yourself and never give up following your dream
