I'll discuss our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, including our $6,000 Women in Tech scholarship aimed at lowering barriers for women to enter our Professional Unity Developers Program. This program is specifically designed to equip students with the skills they need to become career-ready Unity developers and succeed in the industry.
I'll also share with you the ways in which GamedevHQ is fostering an environment that supports women in games, such as our mentorship and professional development opportunities. By sharing my personal experiences navigating the industry as a woman, I hope to inspire and empower other women to pursue their passion for game development.
Diversity in game development is crucial for innovation and creativity, and I am proud of the role GamedevHQ is playing in breaking down barriers for women in tech. Whether you're a female student, aspiring game developer, or simply interested in the importance of diversity in the industry, this session is for you.
