Session: Reinvigorating a 20-Year-Old Product

Evolving any product according to market needs is crucial: Customers are looking for that right solution to suit their needs. In this talk, Dana will clarify the difference between selling value and selling technology. Drawing from firsthand experience as Chief Product Officer at Incredibuild, she will delve into the ways teams should use their singular advantages to grow a technology’s potential.

Dana will touch on the value of adding cloud and hybrid capabilities to on-prem offerings, as well rebuilding architecture to support coding in new development languages using agile methodologies She will explore why go-to-market (GTM) strategies must also perpetually evolve, especially for products relying on streamlined DevOps processes. The tools available for such processes must be able to support a variety of markets, requiring market research and strategic industry-focused messaging.

Dana Rochman is an experienced dev and product leader with a deep understanding of software architecture and the product development cycle. As Chief Product Officer, Dana is a key member of the Incredibuild leadership team and is responsible for product strategy and execution. Dana holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
