Session: From Transplant to Transformation: Leveraging AI to Rebuild Career, Health, and Hope
This talk explores how adversity can become the engine of reinvention. After surviving kidney failure and a life-saving transplant, I found myself rebuilding not only my health but my professional identity. I turned to AI as both a tool and a teacher—using it to upskill, create a data engineering portfolio, design healthcare analytics apps, and even manage my recovery more intelligently.
Through this journey, I discovered how women in tech can use AI for personal and professional reinvention—building confidence, portfolios, and opportunities in an uncertain job market. Attendees will leave with actionable ways to leverage AI tools for self-learning, health tracking, and career advancement—proving that resilience, when coupled with innovation, can redefine what’s possible.
