Bio

Deirdre is a global revenue growth and solutions executive who leads with decisiveness and agility. She loves to simplify the complex and communicates clear, strong vision which results in revenue growth, employee engagement, innovation, customer and stakeholder value. She currently leads the Solutions Consulting, Operations and Enablement functions for Upland's Sales Effectiveness business.

Anaïs Lempereur holds the position of Senior Vice President, Finance at Paramount Global where she oversees the finance organization for Pluto TV, the largest Ad-Supported TV streaming service in the US, with over 68M monthly active users across ~30 global markets. Before Paramount, Anaïs held several senior strategic finance and analytics positions in the high-growth technology and entertainment industry for Spotify, sweetgreen, and Caesars Entertainment. She graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, in Brussels Belgium with both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Economics, and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

Heather Natour is the Senior Director of Engineering, Seller & Consumer Growth at Opendoor, where she leads the company’s core product experience for home sellers, along with growth initiatives and retail partnerships. Prior to joining Opendoor, she was an engineering manager at Lyft, where she led an engineering team for public transit. Prior to that, Heather was a director of engineering at Capital One, and worked at ed-tech company Blackboard for 15 years, starting as a software engineer and growing to lead various teams as Director of Engineering. She has an economics degree from Wesleyan University.

Chris Johns is executive vice president and chief information officer for
PNC Financial Services. In this capacity, she is responsible for providing all
technology services including software engineering and operations to the
asset management group, human resources, chief administrative office,
corporate responsibility group and audit business segments.
