With more than 25 years of global leadership experience across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC, Dimple has held senior roles spanning product strategy, data, analytics, and technology within financial services and consulting. Most recently, she served as Head of Data Products & Strategy for Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Operations within Consumer & Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she built and led high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams responsible for delivering scalable AI and data products that enhanced customer experience, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened risk management. Her leadership has been pivotal in developing and deploying scalable AI and machine learning products that drive strategic outcomes across the firm's retail banking, card, asset, and wealth management portfolios—serving both retail and institutional clients globally.
Previously, Dimple served as Chief Technology and Data Officer at CUNA Mutual Group (now TruStage), where she led innovation, digital platforms, and enterprise data and analytics technology for digital solutions.
