Bio
Divya Smith is a senior IT leader with a passion to deliver customer-centric products. She has a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Mathematics and holds an MBA from University of Minnesota.She started her technology career as an intern at Target Corporation and has 17+ years of professional experience in Development, Engineering, AI, DevOps, Operations and Support. Her first full-time job was a website developer at a Minneapolis-based company: Securian Financial. Later she joined Target Corporation to lead multiple large-scale technology projects and teams, followed by US Bank and Hilton leading their digital initiatives. Currently, she leads technology teams at Optum and is driving change in healthcare services.
Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family that includes her husband and two boys and going on hikes!
