Bio
Einav is an innovative advisor and mentor to CEOs, C-suite leaders, and boards, in areas of human capital strategy, full talent cycles, human capital in intelligent systems and AI-driven workplaces, change management, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational scaling for growth. Prior to EDB, she spent more than 20 years developing and leading world-class HR departments internationally to complement corporate strategy in fast-growing, private equity–backed companies.
Einav is a recent recipient of two awards: Finalist of the “2023 CHRO of the Year” from HRO Today Magazine and recipient of the 2022 “Women that Build – Inspiring Executive” award from Globant. Her thought leadership has also been featured in several articles she has published in business and HR magazines, in areas of diversity, talent transformation, and AI at the workplace.
Einav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Cognitive Science, and a Masters’ degree in Financial Economics from Israel.
