Maria Petrosyan, Senior Director, Talent Management, EMEA at Synopsys Inc
Based in Armenia, Maria Petrosyan is a seasoned professional with a demonstrated history of driving HR Leadership in various businesses sectors. In Synopsys she had an opportunity of leading HR for 17 countries in EMEA region, and her current focus is on Talent and Leadership Development.
She also had a chance of lecturing on Strategic HR Management in American University of Armenia for number of years.
Maria is a passionate leader, skilled in Management, Organizational Development, Coaching, Learning and Development, as well as Business Planning and Analytics.
In Synopsys Maria has led the introduction and implementation of award-winning programs (in Synopsys and EMEA Tech Community) like Women in Leadership and Reverse Mentorship.
She greatly believes that diverse perspectives matter for inclusivity, growth and innovation, and drives with passion for women agenda in the tech industry. She loves networking and knowledge sharing as a part of self-actualization and positive impact on the community.
Eleanor Lomas, Vice President, People Partner, EMEA at Synopsys Inc
Based in the UK, Elle has extensive global experience, as well as knowledge of effectively navigating organizations of significant scale and complexity.
Elle is passionate about building community, creating positive employee experiences, and using the power of empathy and inclusion to create the most diverse workforces.
Elle holds FCIPD qualification, an honours degree in law and a bachelor's degree in economics and is an expert in employment law for the EMEAR region. Elle is also a qualified Business & Performance Coach and NLP Practitioner with a passion for developing HR professionals.
She is multilingual and speaks English, French, and German. She spends time outside of work on public speaking engagements focused on issues impacting women in the workplace. These skills help Elle empower people to be at their best, something that brings her great joy.
