After being witness to a sexual harassment case that affected half the women around her while she was in Datascience, Eleanor spent 8 months researching with her co-founder Helena the proliferation of workplace misconduct. From that research emerged Metta Space with a mission to help companies prevent, report and resolve workplace misconduct.Eleanor is passionate about Datascience and AI's application towards gender equality.
