Eleni is a purpose-driven, people-loving leader with over a decade of experience in business analytics, people development, teaching, and coaching. Through her experience at Western Governors University, Eleni led a diverse analytics team as they focused on continuous improvement projects. Her experiences led her to establish her own leadership coaching business, Eleni’s Edge, LLC, where she specializes in empowering individuals, teams, and entrepreneurs to navigate the complexities of strategic leadership in the digital age through her work as a certified Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP) practitioner.Eleni’s experience spans the business, tech, and education industries.
