Session: Make AI Predictable — From Rulebook to Real-Time in Financial Services

In safety-critical industries, the winning AI isn’t flashy—it’s predictable, auditable, and sign-off ready. Drawing on large-scale post-trade transformations (T+2 → T+1 → real-time), this talk shows C-suite leaders how to convert regulation into runtime and pilots into production. We’ll translate ISO 20022 semantics, static/SSI data, and corporate-actions complexity into AI services with measurable trust (latency, reliability, explainability) and built-in controls (compliance-as-code, evidence generation, kill-switches). You’ll see how MLOps × SRE practices, event-driven data, and agentic co-pilots (with guardrails) cut settlement fails, shrink cost-to-serve, and de-risk cutovers—while creating patterns any regulated enterprise can reuse. The message: make AI dependable first; innovation and velocity follow.

Key Takeaways

  • Make AI dependable, predictable, auditable, real-time by turning rules into code. This is the economy-wide unlock for productivity growth and systemic resilience
