Research has shown that first person perspective-taking in VR can increase empathy, reduce bias, and encourage adoption of more inclusive behaviors. Elise aims to re-imagine work cultures by developing inclusive leaders that drive sustainable change for individuals and organizations.
Prior to her involvement with Praxis Labs, she developed ed-tech products and led ed-tech partnerships at IBM Watson. Elise holds a B.A. in Geography & Social Inequity from Dartmouth College and an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University.
