MSc. Esmeralda Tijhoff is an accomplished Open Source Community Manager and Product Owner for DICTU, a key IT organization within the Dutch Government. A passionate advocate for collaboration and transparency, Tijhoff has dedicated her career to advancing open source principles within organizations and fostering inclusive communities.

As an active contributor to the global Drupal community, Tijhoff has made a significant impact by initiating the Network for European Drupal Associations and serving on the boards of both the Dutch Drupal Association and the Event Organizers Working Group for the global Drupal Association. Her leadership and contributions were recognized globally when she won the prestigious Women in Drupal Award in 2024.

With a commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and transparency, Esmeralda Tijhoff leverages her extensive expertise to inspire organizations to embrace open source collaboration, creating environments where diverse ideas and people thrive.
