Session: Your toolkit to navigate the next reorg

Organizational restructuring (reorg) affects employees who are on the receiving end of the changes. Having recently gone through this process, I reflect on my own experience and share a pragmatic approach to managing the uncertainties that come with it. I break down the process of gathering information in organizational turmoil into two categories and use a 2x2 matrix to assess our knowledge and awareness of the reorg. Only after we clearly recognize our agency can we start to focus on career growth.
