Floriane Gramlich has been Director Product at Zalando Payments since 2020. Being responsible for payment products and product analytics, she primarily focuses on innovative payment solutions, especially deferred payments (BNPL) and B2B products. A commercial tech savvy leader, Floriane holds an MBA from Durham University and has almost two decades of experience in ecommerce, payments and business development working for OLX, Twitter, PayPal and eBay. Zalando Payments is part of Zalando, a leading online platform for fashion and lifestyle in Europe. With around 250 employees, Zalando Payments processes more than 250 million transactions per year.
