Session: Breaking the Growth Barriers - Imposter Syndrome

Whether it's moving from one neighborhood to another, one city to another, or one country to another, challenging circumstances are our true companions. Our challenges unite us on the journey of learning to navigate others' expectations and social norms.

Our decades of corporate and international nonprofit experience have taught us not only how to develop valuable and rare skills that can transform us as career women but also how to mentor women from around the world to reach their career dreams. Our goal is to show the value of working without fear, being positive contributors, and maintaining our authentic selves!

Golddy Kaur and Solveiga Jaskunas share a passion for empowering other women who are up for facing changes and challenges and understand what it takes to help them overcome imposter syndrome and thrive in a competitive environment.
Whether you are starting your career or are in senior leadership roles, you can learn how to deal with challenging circumstances in your work routine, barriers to climbing the corporate ladder, or any other barriers to your success.

Learning Objectives:

1. Learning to deal with professional challenges causing imposter syndrome.
2. Sharing practical techniques to overcome the feeling of being inadequate.
3. Offering growth strategies for leaders to maximize the potential of their team so they can grow successors within the organization.

Attendees will leave with actionable insights to contribute to an inclusive work environment, develop skills to grow, and take on organizational leadership roles.
