Gopika Shah is a seasoned data and technology executive with over 19 years of experience leading enterprise data strategy, governance, and AI-driven transformation across the financial services and insurance industries.

As Technology Officer at Falcon Risk Services, Gopika oversees the firm’s data modernization and AI initiatives — building scalable data platforms, establishing robust governance frameworks, and driving innovation across underwriting, claims, and operational analytics.

Before joining Falcon, she held senior leadership roles at AIG, where she helped architect enterprise data platforms, strengthen data governance, and enable AI adoption across global business functions.

Gopika is passionate about responsible AI — ensuring that innovation and governance move in lockstep to build transparency, fairness, and trust into every data-driven decision. She frequently speaks on topics spanning data ethics, AI strategy, and enterprise transformation, helping organizations turn governance into a strategic advantage.
