Session: Vibecoding an App: Building personal scalable systems with AI

I built a fully functional AI-powered habit-tracking app for myself without a technical background—not by learning to code the traditional way, but by “vibecoding”: using structured thinking, clear goals, and iterative experimentation to create a tool that serves real outcomes.

This session begins with my consulting years, where rigid structure was the only way to operate at the highest level of performance amid constant demands. I’ll share how frameworks from books like Atomic Habits, Why We Sleep, and Deep Work inspired me to design a simple habit framework that brought clarity and control to my life overall—not just my work. Then I’ll show how joining a tech company gave me the space to expand that framework and translate it into a vibecoded digital app that visualizes trends, patterns, and behavioral drift.

Participants will learn how to prototype functional apps without prior technical experience, along with an example of a repeatable framework for turning goals into systems—and systems into measurable progress.

Key Takeaways

  • A step-by-step mental model for vibecoding: how to break down problems, structure prompts, and iterate toward functional tools.
  • A practical framework for turning behavioral science into a holistic personal operating system that drives performance across work and life
  • How to translate an analog framework into a digital, data-driven tool that reveals patterns, trends, and behavioral drift.
