Bio

Haiyan Song is Executive Vice President and General Manager of CloudOps for NetApp.

Haiyan came to NetApp from F5, where she was EVP and GM leading the Security and Distributed Cloud division. During her tenure at F5, Haiyan is credited for her role helping F5 mature from a software company into a SaaS company. Haiyan has held several leadership roles throughout her career tenure, to include Splunk, HPE and Arcsight, all of which represent richly diverse technical experience in areas such as cloud, security, engineering and database management. While her achievements are vast, one of the most notable during her time at Splunk includes her leadership in building and scaling a transformative business area, that resulted in an increase in revenue of more than 15x over a seven-year period.

Haiyan is a great leader: not only does she have a wide breadth of technical skills, but she has also worked in management roles within smaller, agile companies, large-scale enterprises, and acquired businesses, and is experienced in change-readiness and organizational transformation.

Aditi Goyal is Director, Strategic Insights at NetApp. Over the course of her 13+ year career, she has successfully led projects in growth strategy, pricing, XaaS transformation, and post-merger integration in a management consulting role. Since 2020, her small and mighty team have been driving product strategy and analytics initiatives to support Strategy MoshPit, Immersion, AOFPs, and business performance KPIs.

Aditi holds a CFA®, MBA degree from SP Jain, Mumbai and B.Tech from Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka.

She has 3 kids under the age of 7 and is still learning to be a good parent. She loves spending outdoor time with family.
