I am a DEI leader, change maker and a keynote speaker. In my latest role I have been spearheading the transformation of Futurice into a diverse and inclusive company as the Head of DEI.
My 20 year career spans from employer branding and talent acquisition to leadership development, learning & training and multiple other aspects of HR, but I truly believe that I have found my passion and sweet spot in DEI. All my previous experiences give me solid understanding on how to apply DEI thinking into different aspects of culture, HR and business operations. Although I have always liked what I do and believed that I can make a difference, working with DEI gives me such an elevated sense of purpose and belief that I can make the world a better place for someone every single day.
