Session: ''Coronavirus and working from home: A new challenge for ambitious women in order to prove their productivity ''

A lot of women want to work remotely, but they’re less likely to be given the option. But in the days of coronavirus, ‘home office’ became the new normal for many of them. Can an ambitious woman stay productive and calm at the same time working from her kitchen table surrounded by kids? A bet that needs to be won. (And it is not the only bet we have to deal with.)
Key points discussed will be:
1. ''Ambition''. Is it still a taboo word for women? Why it is so difficult to admit that “I deserve this, because I worked so hard to get it, and I want more?''
2. How I will convince my colleagues and my managers that I can be productive while working from home?
3. How I can convince my family that my big goals are still here with me?
4. What coronavirus taught us about ''career'' and ''burn out syndrome''?
Is there a lesson we have to embrace at the end of each working day?
