Session: Using AI to Reach Product-Market Fit Faster
Early-stage founders do not usually fail because they lack information. They fail because execution breaks down.
In this talk, I’ll share what I’ve learned while building MATRY, an AI platform designed to help solo founders move from scattered ideas to structured action. I’ll talk about the real gap I kept seeing through customer conversations: founders often know what they should do, but they struggle to prioritize, follow through, and turn insight into momentum.
This session explores how AI can support product-market fit in a more practical way, not by giving generic advice, but by helping founders clarify priorities, act on customer feedback, and build with more consistency. I’ll also share lessons from building as a first-time non-technical founder, testing assumptions with real users, and shaping a product around execution rather than information overload.
This talk is for founders who want to use AI more meaningfully while staying close to real customer needs.
