Session: The power of networking for women: how to become the most interesting person in the room
Business networking as we know it was invented by extroverts and men. To succeed in networking, we expected to be pushy, proactive, extroverted, and be able to consume alcohol (social glue). But it is not the only way of business network development. Empathy, the ability to listen, and commitment drive more value for you and your networking peers. During the workshop, Iryna will lead through the “traditional” Manish way of business networking and show how women can use their natural gifts, like empathy, to become more efficient in establishing connections.
