Session: Beyond Optics: Privilege‑Savvy Leadership for Intentional Inclusion
In this session, C‑suite and senior leaders will explore how privilege quietly shapes performance, opportunity and risk in their organisation. Drawing on Authentic. You and research into privilege dynamics, participants will map their own advantage, examine how it influences key talent and investment decisions, and design one 90‑day ‘privilege‑savvy’ intervention they can implement immediately. They will leave with a concrete experiment, success measures, and an accountability plan that links intentional inclusion directly to innovation, resilience and growth
