Session: Culture by Design: How Leadership, Ethics and Technology Shape the Future of Work
The future of work is often framed around technology and flexibility — but at its core, it is about behaviour.
Drawing on experience across ethics, compliance, and large-scale technology-enabled change, this session explores how organisations can move beyond stated values to actually influencing how people behave day-to-day.
Jacqueline will share insights from leading culture change initiatives addressing complex topics such as financial crime, workplace conduct, and inclusion — and how these programmes intersect with leadership accountability and technology enablement.
The session will challenge the idea that culture change can be driven by messaging alone, and instead explore how leadership actions, governance, and systems must work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
Attendees will leave with a clearer view of how to embed culture into the fabric of an organisation - not just communicate it.
