With a sharp focus on simplification and end-to-end accountability, she has transformed complex global operations into seamless, customer-driven ecosystems. Jane’s leadership blends operational discipline with strategic foresight, driving results that strengthen customer trust, improve organizational efficiency, and create tangible financial impact that has delivered returns exceeding $1B, EBITA improvements 2%-3% and improved cash flows by over $2B. Her career has spanned roles in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Mergers/Acquisitions/Divestiture with a dominance in Technology. She has built and led captive centers, multiple shared services organizations and led strategic governance committees for the company CEOs and respective Boards. Her impact has fueled business performance across enterprises ranging in size from $13B to $135B in revenues.
