Today, leaders must foster the inclusiveness, individuality, independence, and courage of people who want to walk beside a leader and help to lead not from behind, but beside and with.
Women Leaders are uniquely qualified to do this well - IF they can get out of their own way. When it comes to the choice of being liked OR respected, a good leader knows that they can choose BOTH or Respect alone.
