Scientific researches have shown that emotional intelligence directly affects employability, salary level, happiness and satisfaction.

The World Economic Forum predicts that by 2030, workers will be required to possess emotional intelligence skills 26% more than today.
UNICEF identifies emotional intelligence competencies as key competences of the 21st century.
Emotional intelligence, unlike cognitive, can be developed through one’s lifetime.
Learn how you can develop emotional intelligence and use this session to boost your self-esteem with two practical exercises.

Bio

Jasna is experienced Director & Leader in IT, sales and marketing roles.

She has worked in international Telecommunication (Deutsche Telekom) and Insurance corporations (Triglav) for more than 18 years, in various managerial and leadership roles.

In 2019, she has decided to start her own entrepreneur career, founded a company “DigitalBee” and started an educational program “Digitalna Akademija”, a unique program where children and adults can acquire knowledge important for success in Digital Age.
In 2020, she founded, together with Valentina Radulović, startup Flourish, which in short time got support of European Union accelerator “EU4Tech” and UNDP accelerator “BOOST”.

She is a digital transformation expert, educator and innovator, certified emotional intelligence coach with experience in recognizing, recruiting and developing talents.

Being aware that “change is only constant in our lives" she is not afraid to step out from the comfort zone. She is taking seriously constant education as her partner in maintaining competitiveness.

Jasna graduated in Mathematics and Computer science, which later on spiced with M.Sc. in Management of
Informational systems. She is currently working on PHD thesis on field „Making decisions in conditions of uncertainty and risks-from managerial perspective “and enjoying being part-time lecturer at FIST & VATEL, UDG.
