With her base in Minnesota, Jenn leads a globally dispersed team, spearheading technology advancements in healthcare. Jenn champions AI-driven strategies to enhance experiences, improve outcomes, and build a culture of connection and care. She has spent over two decades in technology leadership roles, bringing extensive technology and operational knowledge and a long-held commitment to improving customer engagement to her role. With her passion for transformative innovation and driving progress at the intersection of business and intelligence, Jenn is determined to empower her teams in effectively leveraging technology to achieve business objectives and re-engineer how we work. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
