Bio

Jennifer Ravalli joined PandoLogic as vice president, Marketing in 2020. An experienced marketing and client service executive, she most recently ran planning and product marketing for iCIMS. Before that, Ravalli held several key leadership positions at ADP, where she was vice president, Product Marketing for National Account Services, promoted from her preceding position as senior director, Product Marketing, Employee Benefits & ACA Compliance. Earlier, Ravalli was a senior director, Client Service, and Operations at ADP, helping to grow the business from $4MM to $20MM in revenue over three years. Passionate about issues impacting women in leadership, Ravalli is a member of Chief, an organization focused on connecting and supporting women leaders. She holds a B.S. degree in Mass Media Communications and Marketing from New York University.
