Bio
Jiaying Yu is a Tech Lead at Tesla, where she helped scale next-generation battery technology from concept to production. She has led critical innovations in electric vehicle manufacturing, driving process excellence and impact at scale.
Jiaying holds a Bachelor's in Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where she conducted research funded by the National Science Foundation. She is passionate about advancing women in deep tech and fostering inclusive leadership in high-growth industries.
