Session: The Evolving Workplace – How sustainable is yours?

Today’s organizations are faced with unprecedent change in the workplace due to the many disruptive trends in today’s work.

Post COVID hybrid working. The Great Resignation, Global skills shortages. Digital and Sustainability transformations. Diversity and Inclusion. Cutting edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotics.

Looking at the impact of these global trends , it is clear that work patterns, jobs, and skills will become more digital & sustainability driven with an urgent focus to sustainability.

As responsible leaders, how can you future proof yourself - and your workforce - for these changes by reskilling and upskilling. Where, and what, should you consider?

This keynote will help you understand the major drivers impacting workforces today, gain insight to the urgency of sustainable skills, plan reskilling activities, and identify actions you can take now to ensure your business is sustainable as it evolves.

Key Takeaways

  • Understand how the required workplace skills are evolving due to sustainability & climate change
  • Highlight the challenges (and urgency) in creating a sustainable focused workforce
  • Gain insights into what a sustainable workforce looks like
  • Actions on building a sustainable workforce with the needed skills
  • Clarification on how digital and sustainable transformation needs to be done in parallel
