Session: How Many Mondays Do You Have Left?
This is the chance for audience members to get clear about how they want their thousands or hundreds or dozens of Mondays left to BE. Shining the light on our scarcity of time has a funny way of doing that. Participants will reflect on what feeling maximally alive looks like for them, and will piece together a roadmap towards actually living that life. Audiences will get super-specific, inspired, and jolted into action from this existentially-impactful keynote.
- Introduction to Memento Mori: the age-old Latin term that translates to “remember we must die”; how this concept can act as the spark plugs we need to fully participate in our lives.
- Overview of the “Astonishingly Alive” Model (widening our lives with vitality and deepening them with meaning). Audience members will plot themselves on the model for today, and where they want to be in six months.
- Three specific actions to "Live a Livelier Life," especially in the midst of adversity.
- Audience members will be asked to commit to “one small thing” in the next five days to boost their aliveness.
