Joyce has an extensive 25-year career in the tech industry, where she began as an entry-level programmer and worked her way up the ladder to become an engineering lead, manager, director, and eventually a VP of engineering. In March 2022, Joyce joined Zalando as the new VP.With a strong passion for engineering, Joyce’s experience has grown tremendously over the years, and she remains committed to her passion for technology. Over the past four years, Joyce has taken her passion to the next level by integrating it with her love for art and fashion, resulting in a unique and innovative approach to her work.
In addition to her technical expertise, Joyce is also a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the tech industry. Her commitment to these values has been an integral part of her career journey, and she strives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace for all.
