Bio
Joyce Li, CFA, is a distinguished investor, board director, and entrepreneur with two decades of global asset management experience. Her tenure as a global investment executive, managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios, has sharpened her skills in corporate strategy and shareholder value enhancement. This role has enabled her to engage effectively with C-suite and board executives worldwide. Joyce co-authored the Athena Alliance AI Governance Playbook and was recognized as a "Top AI Voice" on LinkedIn in 2024. She publishes the "AI Simplified for Leaders" newsletter focused on strategic insights for leaders. A past Board President of the CFA Society San Francisco, Joyce is currently an advisor at OpenBB and a mentor at FalconX. Joyce holds an MBA from Wharton, where she earned the distinction of Palmer Scholar, and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
