Session: The Engineering Triangle
I am excited to share my journey and the framework I developed for scaling technology startups from Series A to Series C. Through my experience, I created a structured approach, The Engineering Triangle, which focuses on three core pillars: Business Uplift, Technology Uplift, and People Uplift. This framework provides a strategic blueprint for building and scaling high-performing technology organizations. I am also in the process of writing a book that explores this methodology in depth, offering insights into the key principles of successfully growing a technology startup
