Bio

Jyotsna Manikantan is a Lead Product Manager, Global Products & Technology at ADP driving transformation and change through large-scale business critical projects with her team. She has previously led the adoption and rollout of core business-critical features for over 500K clients in the U.S. and Canada.

In the 17th year of her career and 13th year with ADP, Jyotsna has most recently lead the adoption of cybersecurity fraud prevention capabilities to protect several million users and ADP’s reputation. In 2008, Jyotsna joined ADP as a Senior Technical Writer supporting communication readiness initiatives in the identity domain before driving her career towards product management. Previously, she worked with Citibank and Polaris Software Lab in Chennai, India before relocating to the U.S.

A Grace Hopper Celebration 2019 Speaker, Jyotsna seeks out opportunities to mentor early & mid-career professionals and students to pursue careers in technology. Jyotsna holds a bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras and is a strong believer of continuous learning to advance her career.
