Getting the opportunity to become a QA Manager was one of the most incredible opportunities I ever had. The career path for quality assurance has different options, one of them is to take a leadership position where you can have multiple new challenges in terms of decisions, strategies, tools and people follow up and evaluation. We can find in the way different situations that can help you to stay motivated ,to grow and to be passionate about what you can do for the quality of a software product and most important for the people in your teams.
