Session: Authentic Branding: Designing & Cultivating Your Professional Leadership Reputation

We grapple with power dynamics, juggle caregiving responsibilities and career aspirations, and transform perceived setbacks into growth catalysts. Simultaneously, we strive to maintain authenticity while battling the double bind, imposter syndrome, gender biases, and the isolation of being "the only one" in the room. This workshop tackles these issues head-on, empowering participants to build a genuine, yet formidable, professional identity as a leader rooted in core values.

Our journey centers on uncovering and articulating personal core values. We dive deep into self-discovery, pinpointing the fundamental principles that drive our decisions, shape our interactions, and define our authentic selves. Through this lens, we trace the evolution of leadership and master the art of commanding presence that aligns with our innermost beliefs. Participants learn to leverage these core values, fostering a sense of belonging across diverse professional settings, even when facing adversity or feeling like an outsider.

In this experiential workshop, you'll walk away with a tangible, actionable plan to implement your values-driven leadership brand, equipped with strategies for long-term career success. This immersive experience empowers every leader who has felt the stirring of ambition, juggled multiple roles, or yearned to make a lasting impact. Join us to unlock your potential, redefine your professional identity, and chart your course to success. Together, we'll forge the future of leadership, one authentic, powerful, values-based brand at a time.

Key Takeaways

  • Identify their three core values and associated behaviors, creating a foundation for authentic leadership.
  • Develop and implement a month-long "brand plan" that can be scaled for long-term career goals.
  • Learn techniques to leverage core values for effortless authenticity and enhanced credibility in professional settings.
