Session: From Technical Expertise to Leadership Excellence: Lessons from a Woman in Tech

I’m Kenza Hazeb Hamzaoui, a computer engineer who traded debugging code for leading teams (though I still debug people sometimes). With a background in software engineering, information systems, and AI, I’ve learned that the most powerful algorithm to optimize is human potential. Today I manage operations and innovation projects while championing diversity and women’s leadership in tech. My mission? To help more women turn technical skills into confidence, visibility, and impact, one bold decision at a time.

I’m Kenza Hazeb Hamzaoui, an Operations Manager and computer engineer passionate about technology, leadership, and diversity. My background spans software engineering, information systems, and artificial intelligence, and I’ve led multidisciplinary IT teams delivering digital solutions with real impact. Over the years, I’ve transitioned from purely technical roles to management, bridging the gap between engineering and people. I’m deeply committed to empowering women in tech and sharing insights on how inclusion and leadership can shape the future of innovation.
