Session: Mindfulness Based Leadership
We are experiencing a challenging reality that forces us to cope with uncertainty, ambiguity, and lead through these hectic times. Organizations function in complex and dynamic environments. This reality creates ongoing challenges, stress, and at the same time unlimited possibilities and opportunities.
Nowadays in order to lead effectively leaders need to be able to better manage themselves, others and the vast amount of opportunities out there.
Mindfulness is becoming a key tool for leaders in cooperation worldwide. Leading organizations like Google, Facebook, General Mills, Apple and more, have already implemented mindfulness programs which have resulted in increased productivity, innovation, and employee engagement.
Dr. Tsuk will present mindfulness as a central tool for leadership in the 21st century. She will present what is mindfulness, what occurs in various leading organizations, and how mindfulness-based leadership, can help us better manage ourselves in an effective way, create a better relationship, improve performance and enhance our personal and organizational leadership capabilities and innovation. During the lecture, we will experience two meditation tools.

Dr. Keren Tsuk is a keynote speaker, consultant, and thought leader in 21st-century leadership. She is the author of the book: Mindfully Wise Leadership: The Secret of Today's Leaders.
The Founder of the consulting firm Wisdom To Lead, Tsuk, specializes in developing senior management teams and corporate leadership. She guides companies and senior management teams to reach their full potential using various techniques in the field of mindfulness.
Being a keynote speaker on the relationship between mindfulness and leadership, she has lectured at conferences worldwide and been invited to speak at universities worldwide, instructing graduate business school courses at PolyU in Hong Kong, IDC Herzliya, and Lahav Executive Education Tel Aviv University.
