Bio

Kristina Kushner has worked in the IT industry in delivery and managerial roles. Managing Software Mobile, Web, Desktop, UX & Hardware Upgrade Projects for the last several years – successfully delivering numerous modifications, products and applications. Frequently Kristina was the sole female in large teams of men. Despite that, she has successfully managed end to end large scale and budget complex projects and programs across different technologies. Kristina started in IT with her sole passion to STEM and on her own merit, she has got globally recognized professional certifications and the position of delivering projects and managing teams all over the world.
Having a diverse background (she started her career in the traveling industry and worked in the banking sector) Kristina understands how challenging it can be to start a career in STEM from scratch and with no guidance. Following her passion and love for technology, Kristina decided to start a personal endeavor for educating and inspiring others to join the IT community and succeed there as Project Managers. With an ambition of getting more women into technology, she is a true mastermind and STEM ambassador.
