Session: How women can lead with impact in IT?
Women in technology have the power to drive innovation, foster inclusive cultures, and redefine leadership. In my talk, I would like to narrate my career path where I started 13 years ago as an enthusiastic junior engineer to IT Chapter Lead now and the challenges that I have faced and how I overcame them as a Women in Tech. I would like to emphasize that by cultivating deep expertise, making informed strategic decisions, and actively advocating for diversity, women in technology can break barriers and drive meaningful changes. There could be moments of self-doubt and times when growth opportunities seemed out of reach, but by staying resilient, seeking mentorship, and continuously upskilling in tech, women can navigate these challenges and step ahead in their career.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that leadership is not about titles it’s about impact. If I could navigate this journey, so can you!
