I am a QA professional with 8 years of experience specializing in localization testing and global product quality across multiple domains, including telecom, HRMS, and beauty/wellness SaaS. Over the years, I’ve worked hands-on with multilingual product releases and cross-cultural customer experiences, helping product teams ensure that features, UX, and content resonate across regions, not just languages.
