Session: Change the focus in your career: a dream or a possibility?
You have been working in the same area for some time, and you noticed that the path to work, is not as enjoyable as before... you start wandering more and more, and count the minutes until the end of the day. You start to ponder what might be happening, and you get to the conclusion that the problem is not your company and not your boss. The real issue is what you are doing every day. You want to do something else, what now?
In this talk, Larissa will go through the feelings when that time comes, how we can address that, and create a feasible plan to understand what one wants to do next, and what can be the steps to make that focus change happen without great traumas.
After the talk, you will be able to understand your moment, and plan your change, and go for it!
